Job Description:
- Overview And Manage The Day-to-day Human Resources Function
- Becoming A Solid Business Partner For Management And Users To Provide Insights And Strategies In Relation To People
- Managing And Maintaining Good Relationship With Labor Union To Ensure Productive Environment For All Level Of The Organization
- Driving Policy Implementation, Improvement And Development Of Organization, And Digitization Of HR Function
Job Requirements:
- Previous experiences in manufacturing company, preferably with a large number of workforce
- 10 years of experience within HR function, minimum 4 years within management
- Previous experiences in handling labor union
- Previous experiences in implementing change and digitization of HR system
- Good communication and negotiation skills
