Job Description:
- Supervise daily HR operations and administration.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, payroll, and employee services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee relations and HR reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4–6 years of HR Operations experience.
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
