Job Description:
- Responsible For Developing HR Policies To Improve
Employee Performance Within The Company
- Responsible And Monitor The HR Administration For
Maintaining The Employee Database
- Responsible For The Employee Payroll Calculation
Including Personal Income Tax
- Responsible For The Industrial Relation And
Employee Relation
- Responsible For The Reviewing Of PKWT
- Responsible For Preparing And Monitoring HRGA
Budgeting
- To Perform Other Jobs Related Duties As Assigned By The Management
- Responsible For Managing And Supporting
Subordinates
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Law
Major
- Language English Intermediate Level
- Have experience in the HR field for more than 8
years
- The latest position must be a Manager position or
at least have experience in managing subs
- Have exp to make PKWT, dealing with labor union
- Willing to be a Playing manager
