• Develop And Implement HR Strategies Aligned With The Company's Goals And Objectives.
• Oversee The Entire Recruitment And Selection Process, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding Of Candidates.
• Manage Employee Relations Issues, Provide Guidance To Supervisors And Employees, And Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures.
• Develop And Administer Performance Management Systems, Including Performance Evaluations, Goal-setting, And Employee Development Plans.
• Coordinate Training And Development Programs To Enhance Employee Skills And Knowledge.
• Manage Compensation And Benefits Programs, Ensuring Competitiveness And Alignment With Industry Standards.
• Maintain HR Records And Ensure Accurate Documentation Of Employee Information, Including Contracts, Personnel Files, And Disciplinary Actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee development.
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
