Job Description:
- Develop
And Implement HR Strategies Aligned With The Company's Goals And Objectives.
- Oversee
The Entire Recruitment And Selection Process, Including Sourcing, Screening,
Interviewing, And Onboarding Of Candidates.
- Manage
Employee Relations Issues, Provide Guidance To Supervisors And Employees, And
Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures.
- Develop
And Administer Performance Management Systems, Including Performance
Evaluations, Goal-setting, And Employee Development Plans.
- Coordinate
Training And Development Programs To Enhance Employee Skills And Knowledge.
- Manage Compensation And Benefits Programs, Ensuring Competitiveness And Alignment With Industry Standards.
- Maintain
HR Records And Ensure Accurate Documentation Of Employee Information, Including
Contracts, Personnel Files, And Disciplinary Actions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven
experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role within the automotive
industry.
- In-depth
knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience
with recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent
problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated
experience in performance management and employee development.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs.
- Ability
to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
