Job Description:
- Leads the HR department and develops HR policies
- Overseas recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance
- Works with management to allign HR strategies with business goals
- Coordinates between HR teams and other departments
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Employee Relations & Welfare Specialist
- Training & Development Specialist
- Payroll & Compensation Specialist
- HR Generalist / HR Admin Staff
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing & Indonesia labor policies
- Experience in the hydraulic industry is a big plus
- Familiar with China companies’ working culture is an advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Possess a valid car driving license
