Job Description:
- Handle People Development & Recruitment
- Prepare And Do Trainings
- Supervise HR Admin & Payroll
- Do Industrial Relations Responsibilities (i.e. Coordinate With Union)
- Handle Employee Remuneration Planning
- Prepare HR Dept. Budgeting And Planning
- Make Report Regularly To Management
- Other Responsibilities As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Male/Female 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Conversational English proficiency (able to report orally and written in English)
- Min. 5 years as HR Assistant Manager in manufacturing company with scale of at least
