Job Description:
- Review, Analyze, Identify, And Monitor Risks Including Internal Control For Improvement Of End-to-end (from Hire To Retire) HR Business Process
- Create Policies And Procedures Related To The HR Business Process
- Review Work Instructions/ Guidelines Prepared By Team Members
- Create Monthly Analysis Report Material To Be Presented To The Direct Supervisor And Board Of Directors
- Review Company Regulations And Update Them In Accordance With Indonesian Labor Regulation
- Timely And Smooth Payroll Process And Calculation
- Formulating Budget, Monitoring The Implementation And Reviewing Any Variance Within The HR Department And Presenting To The Board Of Directors
- Assess The Team’s Performance Evaluation Based On KPI For The Team Development
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/ Psychology/HR background
- Minimum 5 years in HR background and latest position Manager/Assistant Manager
- Understand payroll & tax calculation
- Has experience in managing and developing team
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving with proven implemented achievement that has been performed in existing Company
