Job Description:
- Review, Analyze, Identify, And
Monitor Risks Including Internal Control For Improvement Of End-to-end (from
Hire To Retire) HR Business Process
- Create Policies And Procedures
Related To The HR Business Process
- Review Work Instructions/
Guidelines Prepared By Team Members
- Create Monthly Analysis Report
Material To Be Presented To The Direct Supervisor And Board Of Directors
- Review Company Regulations And
Update Them In Accordance With Indonesian Labor Regulation
- Timely And Smooth Payroll
Process And Calculation
- Formulating Budget, Monitoring The Implementation And Reviewing Any Variance Within The HR Department And Presenting To The Board Of Directors
- Assess The Team’s Performance
Evaluation Based On KPI For The Team Development
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree graduated
in human resource management or a relevant major
- Someone with relevant
certification is a plus
- A proven working experience as
an HR Manager or other HR Executive for about 8 years and above from hotels or
hospitals
- A people-oriented,
results-driven, good knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Has the ability to architect
strategy along with good leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Good in English communication
(both writing and speaking)
