Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and overall HR operations.
2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor regulations.
3. Oversee performance management, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
4. Handle compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
5. Support organizational growth by maintaining a positive work environment and preparing HR reports and analytics.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best HR practices.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems with strong organizational abilities.
