Job Description:
- Lead HR strategies that support technology, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with engineering leaders on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and talent retention for technical teams.
- Implement HR technologies and data-driven people management practices.
- Develop succession planning and performance management strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience within technology or digital-focused companies.
- Experience supporting engineering or AI teams is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics, labor regulations, and HR systems.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
