Job Description:

  • As The HR Director, You Will Be The Strategic Leader Responsible For Overseeing And Managing All Aspects Of The Human Resources Function Within The Organization. Your Primary Objective Will Be To Align HR Initiatives With The Company's Goals And Objectives, Ensuring The Development And Implementation Of Effective HR Strategies To Attract, Develop, And Retain Top Talent.
  • Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Overseeing Recruitment And Talent Acquisition Efforts, Implementing Performance Management Systems, Designing And Administering Compensation And Benefits Programs, And Ensuring Compliance With Labor Laws And Regulations. As A Vital Member Of The Executive Team, You Will Collaborate Closely With Department Heads To Foster A Positive And Inclusive Work Culture That Encourages Employee Growth And Engagement.
  • Additionally, You Will Be Instrumental In Driving Employee Training And Development Programs, Promoting Diversity And Inclusion, And Resolving Employee Relations Issues. Your Expertise In HR Analytics Will Enable You To Analyze Workforce Data, Providing Valuable Insights To Guide Strategic Decision-making.
  • The HR Director Role Demands Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, Along With The Ability To Adapt To A Dynamic And Evolving Work Environment. With Your Visionary Approach To HR, You Will Play A Crucial Role In Shaping The Organization's Success By Nurturing Its Most Valuable Asset - Its People.

Job Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in HR, well exposed in all 3 HR spectra including people engagement, people management, and general affairs.
  • Coming from the HR Operations side of HR is highly preferred.
  • Ideally has experience in working for a start-up, and exposure to the global team is preferred.
  • Professional level of English proficiency.
