1. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
2. Support workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
3. Provide guidance on organizational development and talent management.
4. Analyze HR data to improve employee engagement and retention.
5. Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. 5+ years of HRBP or generalist experience.
3. Strong business partnering and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience supporting large or multinational organizations.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
