Job Description:
- Maintain Internal And External Communications, Employee Relationships, Ensure All Procedures Comply To HQ And Government Regulations
- Experience In Expatriates Formalities Processes, Accommodations, Factory Licenses And Compliance, Third Party Administration To Maintain, Budgeting And Control GA Costs, Standards, Processes Improvements
- Develop, Execute Recruiting Plans And Processes, From Hiring Request Until Confirm The Candidates. Develop A Pool Of Qualified Candidates/talent Pipeline For Preparative Plan
- Identify Training And Development Needs Within An Organisation Through Job Analysis, Appraisal Schemes And Regular Consultation With Business Managers And Human Resources Departments. Develop And Conduct Effective Programmes In-house Or Using Third Party. Design And Expand Training And Development Programmes Based On The Needs Of The Organisation And The Individual With ROI Analysis With Consider Costs And Budgets
- Other Task As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management
- Min 3 years experience as HR supervisor in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Good command of English
- Excellent in people management and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to deal with different types of people
