Job Description:
Recruitment & Onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, act as HR point of contact
Payroll & Benefits: process monthly payroll, administer benefits, leave records, insurance
Employee Relations & Compliance: maintain records, ensure labor law compliance, support audits
Training & Development: coordinate training programs, assist with HRDF grant applications
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors
Handle correspondence and internal documentation
Support audits and office maintenance, safety, and security
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in HR or related field
Minimum 4 years HR/generalist experience
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRMS/payroll systems (BrioHR experience a plus)
Proficient in Mandarin; English/Bahasa Malaysia optional
High attention to detail, proactive, organized, and able to work independently
