Job Description:
- Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management, Failure Analysis, Maintenance Improvement, CMMS, Tire Management, FMEA, Fluid Management, Set Up Maintenance System (RCM,TPM), Heavy Equipment Technology, Predictive Maintenance
- Provide Field Leadership And Management Of Equipment Maintenance And Readiness To Meet Specific Project Needs
- Corporate Strategic Planning (Strategic Formulation, SWOT Analysis, Strategic Implementation Control, Cascading Performance Measurement/KPI, Organization Improvement, Integrated Budgeting System), Balance Scorecard
- Productivity Improvement (Corporate Business Review, Reduction Cost Project & Efficiency, Improvement Project) , Change Managemen
Job Requirements:
- Ten or more years’ experience in heavy mining equipment maintenance, repair, and utilization. Strong supervisory skills.
- Ability to develop effective internal and external relations. Ability to communicate effectively all levels of district and project management, staff and craft.
- Experience and ability in the use of equipment database-related technology. Fast-paced office and project field environment
- Must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management while simultaneously manage a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively
