Job Description:
- Delivering The Training Module In Accordance With The Company’s Standards.
- Establishing The Training Curriculum For Each Heavy Equipment Listed Within The Training Program.
- Conducting Field Practices With The Operators Using Simulations And Real Equipment.
- Analyzing The Company’s Operators’ Rooms For Development And Use The Data Gathered As A Priority Checklist For The Training Programs.
- Coordinating With The Company’s Maintenance And Health Safety Environment Divisions In Developing The Training Program.
- Conducting The Training Evaluation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5
years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator Trainer.
- Bachelor’s
degree in a related field is preferred.
- Maximum
age is 40 years old.
- Familiar
with the mechanism of varied heavy equipment.
- Strong
public communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with good observational skills.
- Willing to
be placed on site
