Job Description:
- Planning Department Activities And Establishing Occupational Health And Safety (K3) In The Company.
- Monitoring K3 And Environmental Legislation And Regulations.
- Designing And Deciding On The Necessary Budget And Resource Allocation And Accountability.
- Providing K3 And Environmental Training For Employee Competency Development.
- Implementing K3 And Environmental Practices In The Company's Areas.
- Making Decisions Regarding Operational Work Issues In Accordance With Policies And The Current Situation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree Any major
- Experience in Japan Automotive Company for at least 10 years
- Experienced as HSE Manager for at least 5 years
- Can speak English well
- Understanding AK3 Umum, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, reduce CO2, PROPER
