Job Description:
- Set The Technical Vision And Develop The Technical Strategy To Support The Goals Of The Business
- Partner With Cross Functional-teams Including Product Management To Translate Product Vision Into A Deliverable Roadmap; Reporting To The CEO
- Lead And Drive Delivery, Providing Visibility Of Progress And Performance
- Ensure All Internal Processes And External Services Comply With Security And Privacy Policies And Regulations
- Build An Efficient End-to-end Application Infrastructure, With Standard Methodologies In Software Estimation And Delivery
- Grow And Lead A Talented Engineering Team, Developing The Careers And Technical Capabilities Of All Team Members
- Establish A High Performing Culture Emphasizing Innovation, Growth, And Development
- Identify, Validate And Manage Collaboration With 3rd Party Services And Resources Where Require
Job Requirements:
- Extensive software engineering experience (10+ years) in a fast-paced environment
- Strong foundations in data science and machine learning systems will be a plus
- Firm understanding of cloud-based infrastructure management
- Ability to operate in a hands-on development capacity as well as strategic thinking
- Proven ability to scale and build large engineering teams from scratch
- Ability to lead team and drive high levels of engagement and performance
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
