Job Description:
- Lead
And Oversee The Development And Execution Of The Company's Strategic
Initiatives, Ensuring Alignment With The Overall Business Objectives And
Driving Sustainable Growth.
- Conduct
Comprehensive Market Research, Analyze Data And Trends, And Identify Strategic
Opportunities To Inform The Development Of Strategic Plans.
- Collaborate
With Cross-functional Departments, Including Sales, Marketing, Product
Development, Supply Chain, And Finance, To Gather Inputs And Insights For
Strategic Planning Processes.
- Monitor
And Evaluate The Effectiveness Of Strategic Initiatives Through Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs), And Provide Regular Reports To Senior Management On
Progress, Challenges, And Recommendations For Adjustments.
- Provide
Strategic Guidance And Support To Executive Leadership In Decision-making
Processes, Including Evaluating Potential Mergers, Acquisitions, Partnerships,
And Other Strategic Initiatives.
- Develop
And Maintain Strong Relationships With External Partners, Including Industry
Associations, Vendors, Customers, And Other Stakeholders, To Gain Market
Intelligence And Insights.
- Stay
Updated On The Latest Industry Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Market
Dynamics, And Incorporate Relevant Insights Into Strategic Planning Processes.
- Drive
Continuous Improvement In Strategic Planning Processes, Tools, And Frameworks
To Enhance Efficiency, Effectiveness, And Alignment With The Company's Goals.
- Provide Leadership, Guidance, And Mentorship To The Strategic Planning Team, Fostering A Culture Of Innovation, Collaboration, And Excellence.
- Communicate
And Cascade The Company's Strategic Initiatives And Objectives To Relevant
Stakeholders, Ensuring Alignment And Understanding Throughout The Organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field. MBA or other relevant
advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum
of 10-15 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, corporate
strategy, or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong
strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex
data, trends, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proven
experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives, with a track
record of driving sustainable growth and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent
leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
a diverse team of professionals.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate complex concepts and insights to diverse audiences, including
senior management and external partners.
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and
deadlines.
- Strong
business acumen, with a deep understanding of consumer goods industry trends,
customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Proficient in strategic planning tools, frameworks, and analytics.
- Professional
certifications such as Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) or
Certified Strategy Professional (CSP) are a plus.
