Job Description:
- Responsible For Overall Indonesia Sales Performance In Indonesia
- Develop Solid Sales And Marketing Strategy To A Coach, Train And Mentor Distributors And Salesman
- Create Marketing And Sales Plans According To The Budget And Sales Target
- Establish Channel Partners To Distribute The Products Across Indonesia
- Make Full Use Of Market Intelligence Such As Competitors, Product Profile And Product Price To Enlarge Market Share
- Track And Monitor Progress On New Business Development In All Regions
Job Requirements:
- A minimum 15 years experience as Sales and Marketing in B2B Industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through ecommerce and other direct channels.
- They should possess excellent communication skills and have experience leading and motivating a team of sales professionals
- The successful candidate should also have a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape and be familiar with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. They should have experience developing and implementing ecommerce strategies, optimizing online sales channels, and creating compelling online marketing campaigns
- In addition to their sales and marketing expertise, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the power tool market, including customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends. They should be able to analyze market data and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
- Overall, the successful candidate should be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven professional with a passion for ecommerce and direct channel sales
