Job Description:
- Manage Production Department And Members
- Manage Production Schedule (plan, Do And Make Sure To Be On Schedule) And Quality (up To Standard)
- Make Sure All Of The Operation Is Based On Standard Procedure
- Manage The Utility Maintenance & Usage
- Overlook Product Standard And Make Sure Of The Quality Control
- Other Responsibilities As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree
- Conversational English proficiency
- Min. 2 years as Production Manager in handling Garment
- More than 6 years in the Garment industry handling production with experience in managing the team, contributing to SOP improvement, and improving operation
- Smart, hardworking, good communication skill, good critical thinking skill, good leadership skill
