Job Description:
- Responsible
For All Processes And Procedures, Carrying Out The Contract Negotiation
Process, And Ensuring Maximum Performance From Vendors Or Suppliers
- Controlling
The Purchase Budget
- Analyze The Situation (not Market Sales) And Delivery Process To Create The Right Procurement Process
- Development
Of A Procurement System In Accordance With Established Procedures
Job Requirements:
- Fluent
in English & Mandarin
- Ability
to speak fluently, loudly, and hard negotiation
- Inductive
reasoning: can combine a lot of information into a conclusion
- Near vision: can see/observe things clearly
- Deductive
reasoning: can apply standard rules to all kinds of offers to make standard
rules satisfactory for sellers
