Overall Procurement Strategy, To Improve Bottom-line, And Service-levels As An
Internal Business Partner To Other Teams
- Oversee Procurement Function Pillars Across Category Management, Procurement Operations (Source-to-Pay), And Procurement COE
- Monitor
And Manage Team Performance Management And KPIs
Job Requirements:
- Min.
5 years working experience in the same position at FMCG Industry
- Bachelor
degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
- Able
to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's
overall goals and objectives.
- Strong
negotiation skills to obtain favorable contract terms and pricing from
suppliers.
- Able to evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and manage supplier relationships.
- Able
to work collaboratively with other departments within the organization, such as
sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective
communication.
