Job Description:
- Build Massive & Reliable Reseller Network Across Indonesia
- Use Various Methods To Acquire Target Resellers While Maximizing ROI
- Design & Implement Reseller Management Structure To Achieve High Efficiency And Strong Execution Power
- Design & Implement Reseller Training System To Improve Performance Or Resellers
- Design & Implement A Loyalty Program To Improve Reseller Retention Rate And Increase Reseller LTV
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as Operation Manager in the same company and have experience in managing big operation team in eCommerce/Fashion retail industry
- Fluent in English is a must
- Experience in Beauty/Lifestyle/Fashion is a must
- Strong leadership skill
- Strong experience in merchant acquisition
- Well established (fashion/lifestyle/beauty) brand connections is a big plus
- Have a good promotion & marketing skills
- Have successful experience in building big selling network
- Passionate in building and growing a business.
- Acute insight & structured thinking habits
- Proactive and high initiative individual
- Able to extract the essence from massive details and make a decision
- Strong executive ability, patient enough to serve clients & grow together with them
