Job Description:
- Planning Game Plans, Budgets And Brand Planning
For All Brands (yearly) In Order To Develop Market Share
- Responsible For The Development Of Ideas,
Improvements And Other Things To Build Products And Business Concepts.
- Monitor Implementation Processes In The Field
Such As Processes And Execution Timelines.
- Perform Budget Control (quarterly)
- Reporting On Sales Driver Activities (quarterly)
- Determine Standardization And Processes For Each
Sales Driver
- To Ensure All Marketing Activities Are In Line
With The Established Brand Strategy & Budget
- To Ensure Company Policies & Procedures Are
Implemented & Complied With
- Developing The Internal Marketing Team With
Coaching, Training And Mentoring
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering major
- English Business Level
- More than 5 years in the marketing field
- Analytical Thinking in Markets
- Capability and knowledge regarding the distribution of consumer goods
- Computer skills word, excel
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to interact and communicate well
