Job Description:
- Developing And Implementing The Legal Strategies, Goals, And Objectives Of The Company
- Provide High-level And Practical Legal Advice To Various Functions Of The Business, Including Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Governance, Contract & Legal Documents Management, Business Licenses, Data Protection Intellectual Property, EtcSupervise A Team Of Subordinates In Delivering Legal Services And Good Corporate Governance To Ensure Alignment With Business Goals
- Draft And Negotiate Contracts Including Client-supplier Contracts And Confidentiality Agreements
- Identify, Provide Insights On, And Mitigate Potential Risks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 10 PQE or above
- Extensive experience in biotechnology/life sciences/health care, work experience in start-up/fast-paced environment would be an advantage
- A solid understanding of corporate law and relevant regulations pertaining to health care, data protection, and compliance
- Excellent command of English
