Job Description:
- Experience In Supporting The Following: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, MacOS, Linux Ubuntu
- Ensuring System Implementations, Maintenance And Improvement For Hardware & Software, Client, LAN/WAN, VPNs
- Group Policy Design And Configuration
- Strong Experience In ICT Support Across Multiple Disciplines Including Desktop, Network, Telephony, Printers, Etc
- Experience In Computer Maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge of security, storage, and backup systems
- Good knowledge of Network Security
- Good knowledge of Computer Hardware
- Troubleshooting
- A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking
- A solid understanding of Road warriors / Remote working environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
