Job Description:
- Leading HR Initiatives : Attract And Retain Top Talent, Improve Onboarding And Recruitment, Boost Productivity And Improve Employee Engagement.
- Develop & Improve Functional Management Systems.
- Overseeing Payroll.
- Aligning HR With Business Goals.
- Conducting Performance Evaluations.
- Reporting To Senior Management By Analyzing Data And Using HR Metrics.
- Tracking HR Metrics.
- Following Legal & Compliances
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management or any major related
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR fields
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
- Interested in gaming & e- sport will be a plus point
- Have experience in IR field
- Strong exposure in Legal
