Job Description:
- To
Lead, Direct, Manage And Co-ordinate The HR Operations In The Indonesia Region,
Providing An Efficient HR Service And Contributing To The Management Of The
Indonesia Regions Business By Delivering Benchmark Performance In Quality,
Speed, And Cost Of Operations, While Also Providing An HR Generalist Service To
Indonesia Business Units And Functions.
- To
Understand The Strategic Corporate HR Agenda And The Means Of Implementing It
Within The Indonesia Region Business Units, Ensuring That HR Requirements Are
Reflected In Business Activities.
- To
Localize, Support, And Standardize The Corporate HR Policies, Procedures, And
Processes For The Indonesia Region.
- To
Work With Indonesia Region Business Managers To Ensure The Implementation Of
Strategic Plans.
- To
Provide Leadership For Talent Management – Retention, Performance, Development
– Of Overall Talent Levels, Both In The Business (through The HRBP & HRG)
And Within The Indonesia Region And Country HR Teams.
- To
Ensure That Targeted Strategies For Employee Relations Are Being Delivered At
The Local Level.
- To Establish A Culture Of Learning And Personal Growth Across The Indonesia Region, Ensuring The Effective Deployment Of Learning, Training, And Support Activities.
- To Ensure An Indonesia Regional Compensation Philosophy Is Being Implemented Consistently With Corporate Direction
Job Requirements:
- Ideally
have a minimum of Ten (10) years of HR experience with at least three of these
in a senior HR Business Partner, HR Operations, or HR Generalist leadership
role in Indonesia.
- Experience
in Fast Moving Consumer Goods is a MUST
- Managing
multiple HR factories is a MUST
- Bachelor
Relevant HR degree or equivalent qualification
- A
proven ability to influence management decisions in a fast-moving commercial
environment.
- Be
accustomed to a culture where deadlines are critical and performance
expectations are demanding.
- Demonstrates
exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and consistently high energy
levels.
- Experience in managing a multi-site or multi-country dispersed workforce in Indonesia.
- Experience
in the development and implementation of service level agreements and/or
performance metrics.
