Job Description:
- Responsible For Managing Al Employees, From Selection And Recruitment Up To Termination Process
- Improve And Develop The Employees' Knowledge And Skill Through training Development Program
- Manage All Human Resources Issues And Administration Functions
- Manage Employees' Welfare And Benefit Properly
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Law/Social Science or any relevant background
- At least 4 years experience in the same field
- Good communication in making good relations
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Experienced in using Psychology Test and Behavioral Evidence Interview
- Understand about Competence and People Development
- Having good interaction with employee
- Creative, Sociable, Multi-tasking, Teamwork player
