• Work With All Departments (R&D, Production, Go-to-Market) To Forecast Spending Required To Hit Upcoming Milestones
• Design, Build, And Implement Systems And SOPs To Control Actual Spending Vs. Forecasted Budget Using Existing ERP System (SAP Business One)
• Continuously Identify Opportunities To Reduce Expenditures And Minimise Variance Between Actual Spending And Forecasted Budget
• Schedule And Prepare Content For 4 Board Meetings Per Year
• Identify And Explore Alternative Financing Strategies And Structures For Future Capex And Inventory Investments, E.g., Using Debt Instead Of Equity

• Educational degree in relevant domain, e.g., finance, accounting, economics
• Min. 8 years working experience
• Track record of building teams/systems from scratch or joining early stage companies which scaled to become significantly bigger
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive/FMCG or any other industry which deals with capex/working capital is a major plus but not a hard requirement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
