Job Description:
- Maintaining Accounting Procedures, Systems, And Related Internal Control To Ensure That It Meets The Company Regulations
- Handling Taxation Matters And Managing The Coordination With Tax Officers And External Auditors
- Controlling Tenants Outstanding Billings And Collections And Payments.
- Coordination With Another Department In Analyzing The Service Charge Increment
- Reviewing And Controlling All Management Accounts To Ensure The Accuracy And Reliability Of Data Records
- Preparing And Reviewing Monthly Management Reports And Other Required Financial Reports
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's
Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
- Has
7+ years experience in Financial management position
- Experienced
in manufacturing company
- Proven
strategic planning experience at the management level
- Attain accounting certification, such as qualification from Chartered Accountant (CA) / Ak, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills
