Job Description:
- Ensure Company Finances By Preparing Budget Analysis, Financial Forecasts And Timely And Accurate Reporting
- Carry
Out Budgeting Controller For Each Department
- Conducting
Usage Analysis In Each Department
- Evaluate
And Advise On The Impact Of Long-term Planning, Introduction Of New
Programs/strategies And Regulatory Actions
- Build
And Maintain Strong Relationships With Owners To Identify Their Needs And Seek
Various Business Solutions
- Design,
Coordinate And Evaluate Policy Finance Administration
- Provide
Advice To Management On The Financial Implications Of Business Activities
- Coordinate With Each Department Head Regarding The Submission And Use Of The Budget In Each Department
- Able
To Establish Good Relations With Banks
Job Requirements:
- Min
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting (if a Master's degree will be
preferred)
- Minimum
5 years experience as Finance Controller in Property Development Company
- Understand
the Property Development finance workflow
- Have
experience in setting up a Finance system from the start (SOP, Flow, etc.)
- Strong
in doing budget analysis and control
- Have a strong leadership side in developing the team
- Have
an honest and humble personality
