Job Description:
- Manage All Accounting Division Staff And Operations Including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL And Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition And Tax
- Responsible For The Completion Of Monthly, Quarterly And Year-end Closing And Balance Sheet And P&L Record Submissions, Budget And Forecast Submissions
- Lead And Ensure Quality Control Over Financial Transactions And Financial Reporting
- Coordinate The Preparation Of Regulatory Reporting, Also Manage And Comply With Government And Regulatory Reporting Requirements And Tax Filings
- Assist In The Implementation Of Accounting IT Systems To Reduce Manual Input
- Being A Champion Of Continuous Improvement Within The Finance Division
- Ad-hoc Assignments
Job Requirements:
- 8 years of working experience within all areas of Finance, with at least 4 years of experience working within Big 4 Audit or Financial Services Industry
- Professional certifications i.e CA, CPA, ACCA is a MUST
- Solid knowledge of and possess the ability to IFRS and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Strong knowledge of taxation
- Good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Interest in start-up/tech culture and environment is a MUST
