Job Description:
- Work With Global IT Teams To Design And Deliver Infrastructure Solutions And To Localize Core Applications Including Business Office, Sales & Trading System, CRM, Risk Management System, Clearing And Settlement System, Etc
- Build Redundancy Capacity And Back-up Service Centers For Business Continuity Planning
- Develop Key Relationships With Various Technology Vendors In The Region
- Build, Lead, Mentor And Develop Local IT Team
- Manage Computer And Business Application Operations And Ensure The IT Operations Adhere To Local Regulations And Meet The KPIs Of Established Service Levels
- Ensure High Service-levels For Day-to-day IT User Operations At Both Corporate And Local Level, Meeting Stability, Communication, Mobility And Security Needs
Job Requirements:
- Experience in large-scale IT infrastructure projects (e.g. building IT infrastructure from the ground-up, on-premise infrastructure, data center management, network management, etc.)
- Depth of product knowledge & operational processes & understanding of the securities brokerage business
- Experience/knowledge in establishing technology links to finansial institutions such as IDX is a huge advantage
- Consistent track record in project management and implementation;
- Ability to conduct in-depth technical analysis and research
- Good communication skill in both Bahasa and English. Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is a huge advantage
- Bachelor degree with at least 10-15 years in the technology and/or financial technology industry
