Job Description:
- Provide Strategic Leadership To The Engineering Team, Ensuring The Efficient And Safe Operation Of Our High-complexity Oleochemical Plant And Downstream Surfactant Processes.
- Oversee Engineering Projects, Ensuring They Adhere To Industry Standards, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Requirements.
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Optimize Plant Performance And Enhance Production Efficiency.
- Implement And Manage Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) And Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Programs To Enhance Equipment Reliability And Integrity.
- Develop And Maintain A Robust Process Safety Management (PSM) System, Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards And Regulations.
- Lead And Mentor The Engineering Team, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Innovation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or oil and gas industry, with a focus on continuous processing.
- Proven experience in handling high-pressure and high-temperature operations (P>50 bar and Temp>250 degC).
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with flammable gases (hydrogen, natural gas, etc.) and combustible dust.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs.
- Strong background in Process Safety Management (PSM) with the ability to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
