• Maintain The Reliability Of The Work Of The Engineering Department, Along With The Devices Inside (Utilities, Mechanical, Electrical) Ready To Support Production
• Building An Effective, Reliable, Integrated And Structured Maintenance System To Minimize Breakdown
• Evaluate And Analyze Each Problem And Develop An Effective Strategic Maintenance/troubleshooting.
• Make Monthly Reports (Maintenance Cost, Utility Cost, Gas Cost, Electricity Cost And Coal Cost)
• Manage Departmental Budgets And Expenses, Both Project And Daily Usage
• Coordinate Between Departmental Leaders In The Manufacturing Plant And Determine Team Work Priorities
• Assess The Cost-effectiveness And Feasibility Of Manufacturing Processes, Make And Implement Recommendations To Reduce Costs And Increase Their Efficiency
• Supervise The Operation Of Work Equipment, And Ensure That All Work Is Carried Out Accurately And In Accordance With Work Quality And Safety Standards
• Provide Guidance And Supervision In The Development And Implementation Of Factory Renovations And Expansions, Coordinating Contractors And Outside Vendors
• Assist The Maintenance Supervisor And/or Other Leaders In Accordance With The Programs, Activities And Responsibilities Of The Maintenance Department
• Develop And Implement The Engineering Department Budget
• Oversee The Daily Workflow Of The Engineering Department
• Provide Constructive And Timely Performance Evaluations
• To Ensure Company Policies & Procedures Are Implemented & Complied With
• Developing The Internal Engineering Team With Coaching, Training And Mentoring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering major
• English Business Level
• More than 5 years in the Engineering field
• Project Management
• Predictive Maintenance
• Knowledge of Machine Shut Down, Troubleshooting, Breakdown
• Good negotiation & presentation skills Good network and relationship with (Vendor Engineering)
