Job Description:

  • Advising The Executive Management On The Strategic Direction And Business Priorities For The Development Of The Company, Ensuring That Projects Are Founded On Sound Information, Analysis, Design, And Testing Of Solutions
  • Leading A Performance Culture That Is Orientated Towards Tangible Delivery Outcomes
  • Being Accountable For The Collection And Integrity Of Internal And External Customer Insight And, Through Analysis, Inform The Future Development Of The Company's Operations
  • Implementing New Functionality Into Operations Smoothly, Delivering A High-quality Customer Experience And Demonstrable Business Benefits
  • Ensuring All Transformation Activities Are Delivered Within Agreed Costs, Time-scale, And That Forecast Benefits Are Realized
  • Managing Transformation Budgets And Ensuring A Structured Approach To Benefit Realization

Job Requirements:

  • Previous working experience within the Healthcare space would be advantageous. Experience in the Hospitals or Finance/Banking worlds are welcome
  • Ability to gather and analyse stakeholder information, together with other sources of management information, to derive credible insight which soundly informs short, medium and long-term service improvements and cost efficiencies
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging successfully with a wide range of stakeholders and providers to define requirements and translate these into projects
  • Comfortable working with limited resource and financial constraints in designing and delivering improvements, and the need to soundly make the case for improvement, navigating laid down governance requirements and standards
  • Demonstrable and practical experience at a senior level of delivering business change
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and continuously develop direct reports
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, confident and credible when presenting to varied audiences including internal audiences, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers
