Responsibilities:

• Invoice Verification and Payment Management: Oversee the review and approval of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment processing.
• Cash Flow Management: Take the lead in cash flow planning and monitoring, ensuring optimal liquidity for the organization.
• Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and transparency in financial records.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive internal financial reports, offering insights to guide decision-making. Subsidiary and Related
• Company Accounts: Manage subsidiary accounts and accounts related to affiliated companies.
• Financial Advisory: Provide strategic financial advice and support to the management team, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations, ensuring full compliance with Singapore and Hong Kong accounting standards.
• Tax Preparation: Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax obligations.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with accounting teams and directors to optimize financial operations and improve efficiency.
• Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the accounting team effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Accounting, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Singapore and Hong Kong Accounting Rules and Regulations.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Trading industry is highly desirable.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software, especially Xero.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
