Job Description:
- Assume A Leadership Role In Guiding The Technical Operations Of Toll Roads, Including The Implementation And Upkeep Of Toll Collection Systems, Electronic Tolling Equipment, And Associated Technologies
- Formulate And Execute Plans To Enhance The Infrastructure, Technology, And Operational Efficiency Of Toll Roads
- Work In Collaboration With Internal Teams And External Partners To Establish Technical Strategies, Standards, And Best Practices For Toll Road Operations
- Establish And Implement Operational Policies, Procedures, And Guidelines To Ensure Smooth Toll Road Operations
- Monitor And Analyze Performance Metrics Of Toll Roads, Identifying Areas For Improvement And Implementing Necessary Corrective Measures
- Provide Guidance And Supervision To Operational Staff, Ensuring Compliance With Safety Regulations, Customer Service Standards, And Legal Requirements
- Coordinate With Maintenance Teams To Effectively Plan And Execute Maintenance Activities, Minimizing Disruptions To Toll Road Operations
- Cultivate Strong Relationships With Government Agencies, Transportation Authorities, And Other Key Stakeholders Involved In Toll Road Operations
- Collaborate With Stakeholders To Address Operational Challenges, Resolve Issues, And Introduce Innovative Solutions
- Act As A Representative Of The Organization In Meetings, Conferences, And Industry Events Related To Toll Road Operations
- Lead And Supervise Toll Road Improvement Projects From Inception To Completion, Ensuring Timely Delivery And Adherence To Quality Standards
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams, Consultants, And Contractors To Manage Project Timelines, Budgets, And Resource Allocation
- Identify And Mitigate Project Risks, Ensuring Successful Outcomes For Toll Road Improvement Projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, transportation management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in toll road operations management, with a focus on technical operations and project management
- Strong knowledge of toll road systems, including toll collection technology, traffic management systems, and electronic tolling equipment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a history of implementing innovative solutions
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
