Job Description:
- Lead the executive team to achieve strategic targets, ensure performance achievements, and support managerial development across the company.
- Design business initiatives, oversee product innovation, and analyze the market to align with customer needs and new opportunities.
- Develop and oversee the business plan, allocate resources, and monitor targets to ensure the achievement of strategic goals.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, resolve conflicts, and enhance cross-functional efficiency.
- Coordinate major functions to align with company strategy, unify processes, and ensure integrated strategic execution.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field; an MBA or additional executive education is a plus.
- Preferred certifications include CMA, PMP, or other leadership certifications.
- Min 5-10 years of senior or executive management experience as a product manager, particularly in the FMCG Mom & Baby industry.
- Experienced in relevant sectors with cross-functional management skills.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing long-term strategies.
- Strong business performance analysis and market opportunity skills.
