• Production Management: Responsible for ensuring an adequate and high-quality production of condensed milk in line with established standards.
• Plant Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the plant, ensuring smooth production operations.
• Staff Management: Manage the production team, including recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the produced products meet the quality and safety standards set by relevant authorities.
• Inventory Supervision: Manage raw material and auxiliary material inventories to ensure adequate availability without excess stock.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the plant complies with all relevant industry and food safety regulations.
• Production Planning: Plan production according to market demand and sales forecasts.
• Research and Development: Identify process improvement opportunities and develop relevant innovations.
  

• Typically, prior experience in the dairy or food processing industry is a must. Strong management experience is also preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Operations Management can be an asset.
• Strong leadership abilities and effective management skills to oversee the plant team and resources.
• Good communication skills in English and possibly Indonesian to interact with the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Data analysis skills and an understanding of production management software.
• Understanding and adherence to all relevant regulations and legal requirements in the dairy industry.
• Sensitivity to quality control and food safety aspects in condensed milk production.
