Job Description:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the printing and packaging team to achieve production targets.
- Overseeing the entire printing and packaging manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Work closely with R&D to transition new products from development to production.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the printing and packaging sector of the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
