Job Description:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand.
- Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field and position as a GM.
- Understand Capex and Opex preparation.
- Understand cash flow management.
- Understand B2B and B2C concepts.
- Understand sales & marketing, operations, R&D, supply management, and accustomed to working with targets.
