- Provide Comprehensive Study
And Financial Analysis For Any Tenant Representation Services
- Maintain And Provide Clients
With Services During And After The Process
- Strategize Optimum And
Workable Solution To The Process
- Review Lease Documents And
Provide Best Solutions In Real Estate Terms
- Update Tenancy Database
- Actively Update Space
Availability / Tenant Database
- Actively Source For Prospects Through Cold Calling, Networking Events, Referrals, Etc
- Conduct Inspections
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Has 5 years of working
experiences in building management or property management
- Has good experience and
knowledge for handling tenants building in various segments such as : F&B,
fashion retail, department store, etc
- Good knowledge in strategy tenant mixing, business strategy for building or property management
- Good communication in English
