Job Description:
- Technical
Skills – IT Operations Managers Must Have Hands-on Experience On ERP
Applications, Retail Software, POS Solutions, SQL Server & Database, Cloud
Infrastructure, SaaS Applications, Web & Mobile Base Applications Including
Servers And Systems, To Successfully Lead IT Projects And Operations.
- Process
Enhancement – In This Role, IT Managers Develop And Implement Policies And
Procedures For The IT Department, So Some Familiarity With Assessing And
Improving Processes Is Vital. Must Have Implementation Experience In Cyber
Securities, Firewalls, Anti-virus, AD & Domain Controls.
- Problem-solving Skills – This Role Also Requires Excellent Problem-solving
Skills, Especially When It Comes To Directly Addressing End User Issues With
Applications, Infrastructure, And Servers.
- Team Leadership – Because They Direct And Lead Teams Of IT Technicians, IT Operations Managers Should Be Able To Effectively Manage IT Personnel And Set Department Priorities.
- Communication Skills – IT Operations Managers Should Also Be Strong Written And
Verbal Communicators, Able To Communicate With Team Members, Management, And
End Users Throughout The Organization.
Job Requirements:
- Hold minimum
a Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or related
- Must
have 10+ years of experience in the area of ERP Applications, Cloud
Infrastructure, Project management, Server Management & SQL server
administrator.
- Having
Excellent Communication and good communication in English
- Leadership skill and
managing team
