Job Description:
Develop
And Execute Human Resources Strategies And Initiatives That Support The
Company's Overall Business Objectives And Growth Plans.
- Oversee
The Full Spectrum Of HR Functions, Including Talent Acquisition, Employee
Relations, Performance Management, Compensation And Benefits, Learning And
Development, And HR Operations.
- Collaborate
With Senior Leadership To Identify And Address Key Talent Management Challenges
And Opportunities.
- Lead
The Recruitment And Onboarding Process, Ensuring The Company Attracts And
Retains Top Talent That Aligns With Its Values And Vision.
- Implement
Performance Management Processes That Drive Continuous Improvement And Development
For All Employees.
- Champion
Employee Engagement Initiatives To Foster A Positive And Inclusive
Organizational Culture.
- Analyze
HR Metrics To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations For Improvements In
HR Processes And Practices.
- Collaborate
With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure Seamless HR Operations And Alignment With
Business Strategies.
- Develop And Manage HR Budgets, Ensuring Efficient Allocation Of Resources.
- Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Legal Regulations To Ensure Compliance In HR Practices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred.
- A
minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least
3-5 years in a leadership role within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven
track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies that
contribute to business growth and organizational success.
- In-depth
knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong
leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead
teams effectively.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic
thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Experience
in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and
organizational development.
- Proficiency
in using HRIS and other relevant software tools.
- Strong
analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability
to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven
ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated
