Job Description:
- Develop

- Lead
And Manage The Marketing Team, Providing Direction, Coaching, And Mentorship To
Optimize Team Performance And Foster A Culture Of Creativity, Innovation, And
Collaboration.
- Collaborate
With Cross-functional Teams To Gather Market Intelligence, Analyze Customer
Insights, And Identify Market Trends And Opportunities To Develop Effective
Marketing Strategies And Campaigns.
- Oversee
The Development And Execution Of Marketing Programs, Including Advertising,
Promotions, Product Launches, Events, And Digital Marketing, To Ensure
Consistent Brand Messaging And Maximum Impact.
- Manage
The Company's Brand Identity And Reputation, Ensuring Brand Consistency Across
All Marketing Materials And Touchpoints, And Maintaining A Positive Brand Image
In The Market.
- Evaluate
Marketing Performance Metrics, Such As Sales Data, Customer Feedback, And
Market Research, To Measure Marketing Effectiveness And Identify Areas For

- Conduct
Market Research And Competitive Analysis To Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends,
Customer Preferences, And Competitor Activities, And Incorporate Findings Into

- Build
And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Customers,

- Stay Updated On The Latest Marketing Trends, Technologies, And Best Practices, And Incorporate Innovative Approaches Into Marketing Strategies To Stay Ahead Of The Competition
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum
of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing or related roles, preferably
in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong
knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including brand
management, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Proven
experience in leading and managing marketing teams, with a track record of
achieving results and driving marketing excellence.
- Excellent
analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market
data, customer insights, and marketing performance metrics to inform marketing
strategies and plans.
- Strong
leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
a diverse team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate
effectively at all levels of the organization and build relationships with
internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and
deadlines.
- Familiarity
with consumer goods industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor
activities.
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools.
- Professional
certifications such as Certified Marketing Executive (CME) or Chartered
Marketer (CM) are a plus.
