Job Description:
- Oversee End-to-end Land Transport Operations And Ensure The Logistics Team Adhere To Laws And SLA
- Responsible For Coordinating, Executing Logistics Ops, Such As Transportation, Fleet Maintenance, Vendor Management And Inventory Processes
- Collaborate With The Executives In Setting And Driving Organizational Vision, Ops Strategy And Manpower Needs
- Aim To Consistently Meet Clients' Standard And Come Up With Ways To Improve Ops' Effectiveness And Efficiency
- Develop And Sustain Solid Relationship With Key Clients And Suppliers
- Command The Supply Management Team, You Take Part In Aspects Of Vendor Management Which Cover Selection, Vendor's Feedback And Help To Improve Vendors' Quality
- Presents Periodic Performance Reports And Metrics To The CEO And Other Leadership
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree
- Background in leading logistics ops at well-known contract logistics/3PL company
- Excellent leadership skill is a MUST
- Excellent communication skill
- Proven vendor management experience
