Job Description:
- Manage And Maintain All General Affair Activities, Including Office Management, Building Facilities & Dormitory, Expatriates' Working Visa Application Documents
- Handling Staff Housing
- Communicate With Related Suppliers/vendors In Purchasing Office Supplies, Office Maintenance
- Arrange Company Events
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any major
- Required language(s): Mandarin (must), English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in HRGA or equivalent
- Have experience in handling Personnel, company inventory, Asset, operational cars, dorm management
- Strong interpersonal & management skill
